Business Description
Founded in 1994, they state they are Houston's oldest roof cleaning company. The owner is Marcus Raif, the only Master Certified Roof Cleaning Instructor in the Houston metropolitan area through the Roof Cleaning Institute of America. Their story is about protecting roofs, not pressure washing. They do not pressure wash roofs; they specialize in manufacturer-approved roof cleaning methods that extend roof life and help customers save money by avoiding premature roof replacement. Their roof cleaning includes an exclusive 5-year warranty. Customers consistently describe Marcus as honest, upfront, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and focused on educating homeowners rather than simply selling services. The company positions itself as experts in roof preservation, soft washing, surface protection, and long-term maintenance.
