Space City Washing

Founder: Dustin Pace The company was founded by Dustin Pace, who attended Sam Houston State University and started Space City Washing in 2020. His professional background was in business, and he built the company as a locally owned exterior cleaning business serving the Greater Houston area. Why "Space City Washing"? The name is a tribute to Houston's "Space City" nickname, reflecting the company's goal of being a hometown business that represents the local community rather than a national franchise. While the company doesn't explicitly tell the naming story on its website, its branding consistently emphasizes serving homeowners throughout the Houston area. Building a specialized exterior cleaning company Instead of positioning itself as only a pressure washing company, Space City Washing has focused on becoming a full-service exterior cleaning provider, offering: House washing (soft washing) Roof cleaning Pressure washing Concrete and driveway cleaning Gutter cleaning Dryer vent cleaning Commercial exterior cleaning The company emphasizes using the appropriate cleaning method for each surface—for example, soft washing delicate siding and roofs instead of relying solely on high pressure. Customer-first philosophy Across its website and social profiles, several themes appear repeatedly: Honest communication Reliable scheduling Attention to detail Protecting customers' property Delivering long-lasting cleaning results rather than quick cosmetic improvements The business also highlights free estimates and serves residential and commercial customers throughout Spring, The Woodlands, Houston, and surrounding communities.
